Opus One. I just bought one of the these machines and I love it.
It is super easy to adjust everything in the gouge and is extremely well-built. I am not 100% sold on the gouge it's self (ie the curve of the blade), but that can be changed with sandpaper.
I have used pretty much every gouger that is on the market in the US and this, so far, has been my favorite. The best feature is the side thickness adjustment. It's ingenious.
