The Oboe BBoard

I will oil my keys about quarterly, depending on how much I am playing. Sometimes I will remove the long inner posts (mostly lower joint) and clean them as well.
Bore oiling... I do this so intuitively that I can't say I have a discipline about it. I live in a dry area and will oil the outside very lightly, probably oil the bore once a year, but this depends on the oboe (I've 2 of different ages) and how dry it looks inside.
PLEASE do not take my practice as any kind of advice.
