I don't know about courses, but for sure videos exist. We used to see them in elementary and high-school. These videos are usually illustrated and/or animated in a way to make the science really interesting.
My best bet would be that you can find something to that effect in your local public library..... as long as gouvernment spending cuts do not consider libraries as frivolous....
Physics are hard because they require strong math but also an intuitive understanding of were the math comes from and it's really easy to "mistake left for right", and I don't just mean the sides of something! Strangely, most people think chemistry is easier, but for me it was always the opposite. Chemistry always seemed like something dreamed-up by an extra-terrestrial invador!
If you can find books and/or videos on physics (and this includes Bill Nye the science guy, Things that move and any other geeky TV show you might only get on the Space channel), then you can embark on a really fun journey because it directly relates to every day life.
