Did you ask about courses or books?
For courses, check-out the school's timetable and see whatever has no prerequisites.
For books, nothing beats the good ol' Schaum's series with solved problems. You can get one for beginning physics.... only thing, they're boring as .... because they don't actually explain much. Otherwise, the University (college) bookstore should have some tutorial self-help books that might prove interesting... peruse and discover!
At McGill, there was an astronomy class where you only had to attend, read the book and do 3 hours at the observatory..... an easy A. There are often introduction to science classes like that for non-science students.
