WAY TO GO!
I'm with JHoyla: check the performance schedules carefully.
How demanding are the other classes?
Finally, IF YOU REALLY ENJOY IT, go ahead and do the HS orchestra. Every practice = Experience, and that is so important for musicians. Especially if the playing level fits your level of expertise, not too difficult (I would doubt it) and not exceptionally easy. If it's a bit on the easy side, it's STILL experience. I don't know how well you multi-task: I've been in many a community college orchestra where students are picking up their physics texts during long breaks (i.e. when the conductor is working with the string section). I wouldn't advise that for myself, but some people seem to manage it.
IF the HS orchestra is any kind of stress, than opt out. BALANCE your life, NOW, or if you are busybusybusybusy it will be hard to avoid burn-out later.
Happy decision-making!
