mastering Left E-flat for forked F's or the D-flat / E-flat interval must surely be the right-hander's left pinky graduation exercise, and hey, after that you can move on to playing High E with E-flat and G# keys pressed together by same adroit digit ... gets even more fun later when also crimping left pinky joint over low B key for quick note changes in the high harmonics ...

If you get yourself some music-writing software with transposing feature in it, you can copy in clarinet sheet music as written and then the software can transpose it all into the right key at concert pitch for oboe, print out new sheet for oboe-playing convenience ... check out www.finalemusic.com for a really economical kit called PrintMusic
