I'm interested in the long-term effects of this. The wood dries out and shrinks over time, but the lining does not. Surely this will affect either the wood (perhaps by cracking) or the lining (possibly some sort of crease, or other disconnect between the lining and the wood, most likely along the tone-hole line).

Let's check back here in a couple of years and see!
