This particular A#-B trill isn't there, but I've already submitted it for future inclusion.

Judy, the C#-D trill is only trilling with the C# key, so what you're doing is correct.

But in Bach (and Baroque in general), always begin the trill on the UPPER note of the trill (the next note up the scale from the written note), so a C#-D trill will begin on the D (which is held very slightly), then down to the C#.

For stylistic purposes, listen to recordings of Baroque played by Baroque specialists to hear how they ornament things (and especially the way in which they do trills - they're not all perfectly measured out). Sometimes what they play bears little resemblance to the printed music as they will freely ornament or improvise on the written music (and each player will have their own ideas even with the same piece).

If it's an A-B(-A) form with each section repeated, play the 1st time of each section as written, and then ornament or improvise on the repeats. So play the opening A section as is, then on the repeats play the A section with ornamentation or improvisation. Same applies to the B section. This will add more interest rather than playing exactly the same thing each time it's repeated.

The opinions I express are my own.
