Precisely. This is also why the Sawicki book can become one's constant companion.
And even then, it's a trauma.
The last time I sent the Covey (maybe I should call it "the quail" -- a covey of quail? -- get it? get it? -- heh!) in for a minor repair, it came back majorly unplayable. It took the better part of two weeks for my teacher and myself, working together, to get it back to where it had been. And Craig tweaked it further when he visited in the summer. It's fine now, but just BEGGING to go in for a cleaning and adjustment.
This time, I'll send it to Margaret Noble in New York. She's done it before, and it came back perfect.
