Ashley,
You might try the Duste oboe reeds from Forrest's. Back when I had too many students to keep up with, I'd have them get Duste reeds and things worked prety well.
Also, notice CJWright on this board, find his email and try to buy reeds from him.
He is not in business per se, but I have heard samples of his playing and his tone, intonation, control, etc., are all very nice... and not possible if his reeds would not go there.
