As usual, Cooper and Chris are accurate when they reference the Brandenburg #1 Trio. Orchestral Suite # 4 also features 3 oboes. I checked the orchestration of all of the Cantatas, and find that although a few of them use three oboes, they use them only with a vocal soloist or in a chorus. It is possible that some of the choral movements utilize the oboes to double the choral lines, and hence could be used for oboes alone and still sound relatively musical. There are also a few Cantatas which use 2 oboes plus english horn. There are a few works which can be played on oboe which are called "Trio", but which involve two soprano instruments and continuo bass, not three soprano instruments. I once played a lovely such reconstruction for two oboes d'amore and BC.
