Could it be from the Brandenburg Concerto No.1 (Allegro)?
In F major, oboe 1 has (all 16th notes starting on top line F, beginning of the bar has an 8th note rest) FE FEFE F- C- D- CBb| AGFG ABAB CDEC FEFG| EFGF GFGF GCFE FEFE| FBED EDED EaAG FEDC| Baga BCDE F---G D---C| C- g- a- Bb- C- DEb DCBbA| Bb- etc.
Or maybe the Suite No.4 in D Major?
The Overture (Allegro moderato) is in 9/8 and oboe 1 has a held 2nd line down D over the first two bars, while underneath oboe 2 has (all 8th notes in groups of 3) A-A ABG GAF#| F#GA ABG GAF#| F#&& G&& A&& when oboe 1 comes in on the third bar with (held over from the beginning)DC#D DEC CDb| bDE EF#D DEC#| C#EF# F#GE EF#D| DEF# F#-----| etc.
In this, there's the Overture, Bouree 1, Bouree 2, Gavotte and Rejouissance.
