There is so much music by Bach that has been transcribed and transposed for a multitude of combinations of instruments that probably only a Bach scholar would be able to tell you which composition that particular snippet came from.
It's definitely a trio--it has Part 1 complemented by Parts 2 and 3, so that rules out any of the keyboard music, unless the editor gussied up an original melody taken from a keyboard piece by adding Parts 2 and 3 himself, which does sometimes happen without the editor feeling a need to credit himself under Bach's byline.
I think I am safe in stating that Bach never wrote anything expressly for three oboes.
So, sorry, Lucy, but there really isn't an answer for you. It's a pretty little piece, and I'd like to know where it came from, too, but unfortunately we may never know. Editors of those method books ransack all of Western music literature for melodies for their little teaching pieces, and sometimes there's just no way of knowing where they got them from.
