Judy, has your oboe got skin pads? These are notoriously sticky when they get contaminated with oil or moisture - cork pads are much better in that they're far less likely to stick. Ask your tech to replace the sticking pads (such as your C#) with a cork pad - this should help things.

And always put your oboe back in it's case after playing. I know it may seem a chore to do this each and every time, but it's for the best in the long run.
