This is an interval where dual system (conservatoire system with an added thumbplate) and pure thumbplate system instruments have it easy over pure conservatiore system.
Play A as normal (xxo|ooo), and for C you lift both LH2 and the left thumb off the thumbplate at the same time.
G-C is done in the same manner, as is Ab-C.
