I can pmake a reed "Playable" on day 2, (first day of scraping) but as I've written before, I take a l-o-n-g time to finish it.
If I were consistent and regimented about it, I could have a 'good' reed done on day 4. I am very much a 'staged' kind of reed-builder.

Probably could build a good student-level reed in 2 days, under less than 2 hours tops. Don't intend to enter any reed-races, though: I'd be blown away.
