I'm with Kimber on the grocery freezer bags! I use one in the winter and it does slow down the heat transfer. Just walking from my car to whatever venue can get pretty cold. I put case and all in the freezer bag and the freezer bag in my large zipper tote and sometimes use handwarmers too!
