Your problem most likey is incorrect hand position, not small hands.
Your fingers should be curved and as close to the keys as you can keep them. Often, people will flatten the third finger which makes it slip off the plateau when you move your pinky. You'll notice that if your fingers are curved and in a line you can move your pinky around without moving the third finger as much as if it was flat. Try playing C (2 fingers) to E flat (left-hand) slowly and as smoothly as you can make it and keeping all fingers curved. You'll notice that after a while you'll be able to get to it easily and without slipping.
