You can shape a piece of cork to fit the shape of the Eb touch and glue it on to build it up - glue it on with Evo-Stik, superglue, epoxy or similar so it won't harm the plating and can be removed easily later on. Once you know it's firmly in place, you can shape the top by trimming, filing and sanding it - or glueing on more cork if you need more height, but be sure it doesn't get bent when you close the lid on the case.
Degrease the LH Eb touch thoroughly with alcohol before glueing anything onto it. DON'T roughen up the surface of the plating by sanding or scratching.
