Good idea! Just so happens I've got several diameter pieces of Tygon tubing I use on saxes, so I'll use that on my cor staples. The binding doesn't go all the way to the end of the staple, so the tubign should go on easy.

I've seen silicone rubber tubing used for the same purpose, though silicone rubber tubing is usually thick walled.
