I wouldn't attempt to do anything yourself as that could invalidate the warranty if things don't go to plan and you end up worse off - so contact the supplier so they can have their repairers sort it out or have them return it to Fox if they can't.
It sounds like an easy enough repair if you have all the right tools for the job, but it's really best to have it done by someone who has the necessary equipment and knows what they're doing.
