Fox, by reputation, is a great outfit. Because it is a new instrument & you favor the tone so much, I know they will stand by it. This has to be an easy fix. If they can guide you through the process over the phone, well & good. If they choose not to do this, ask them to send somebody down to your address to fix it. Because you are so close (an adjoining state), I think they might want to do that. Worth a shot. If not, a drive to their factory in South Whitley might be in order. If that opportunity presents itself, ask them if they will pay for your round trip gas money. Many ways to skin a cat here. You've paid big bucks for that puppy for a reason.
