Hi there,

Oh yes, definitely. I hate it when I have to play a concert, and my reeds are misbehaving due to the weather. Rather annoying.

My reeds seem to like damp--ish days that aren't too wet. They certainly do not like the dry days because they dry out, and however much I soak them they continue to dry out and they do not work that well. On a very wet day, which I am used to in England, my reeds sound strange and like you said...playing underwater.

Glad someone else shares the same problems!
