Hi Chris,

Mr. Frank changed some of the pads for me to silicon, just as they are on the Frank oboes. This way it resonates a lot more in the hands and feels more alive.

The F resonance is doing its job -- it doesn't need to open any further! Mr. Frank did suggest that I play around to find exactly the right amount, but I want to get used to it as it is before I experiment.
