And your S5 d'amore has a LH C# as well!
My Marigaux d'amore came with the original crooks and a Howarth crook which does make a difference to how it plays. I try not to get hung up or indecisive on using loads and loads of crooks without settling, but find the one that works and stick with it.
I use cor reeds on d'amore and haven't had any tuning problems with them - though use a No.2 d'amore crook with a cor reed to get the length right.
