Paul Woltz at Kennelly Keys in Seattle does swaging, and swaged my old Prestini. He did so much else to it that I'd be hard pressed to identify the effects of swaging as opposed to pad replacement, resurfacing of pad seats, etc. But the thing holds a wonderful vacuum.
Incidentally, although it is often pronounced "swedging," there is no word of that spelling in the dictionary. :-) It's quite an old term used in metalworking, especially blacksmithing.
