Try some different fingerings for the altissimo register - although standard oboe fingerings do work there are some notes that could do with help, and some notes that are easier than oboe.
For top C# I just use oxx|xoo, and for altissimo F I use 8ve1(+3rd) oxo|oxxEb as the A vent is already open when LH 3 is lifted (though opening the G# key on pro cors will close the A vent so the top F doesn't go sharp).
