If I have to settle .... no choice -- down to my last wonderful reed I will.

But I choose not to settle ........... I hate when a reed does not enhance my playing experience.

I want my reeds to BEHAVE PERIOD!

So back to the gouge curve, shaper tip, cane selection, staple opening, tie length, etc.... etc....etc.....

SO scrape away I will ........ (So far no nervous breakdowns). [wink]
