Thanks for your 'heads up' Robert. I shall certainly look into your gouger before buying one.

I want to gouge different diamiter cane with accuracy so that i can explore the effects on the opening. Building experience from all the possible combinations.

I'm having a great time making reeds. It's good to have something to sharpen ones mind on. Great fun.
