Thanks everyone for the sugestions.

Susan I think you are right with number two expecially. I come from the brass side whereas you tend to overblow to gets the high notes to sound, and I think that mentality is not working. I also seem to realize that I need to increase the air pressure (more likely speed), more as after fatigue sets in after a period of playing.
