I think you'll find that you're not going to get quite the answer you're looking for...the particular oboe a person chooses is a VERY personal thing, and what one person loves may be the worst possible choice for you.
Really, you just have to try as many oboes as you can until you find the one that fits you just right. It's a Goldilocks sort of thing.
(Besides, if you ask a board full of people what to get, you are going to get as many answers are there are people answering.)
The other way to answer this question is this: At your current stage of oboe playing (recent beginner), as long as the instrument you buy is in excellent condition and has adequate keywork, it doesn't matter what brand it is. As you progress in your oboe playing, you will be more able to discern what you like, what you don't like, and what will make it easier to sound the way you want to sound. Until then, you will just need something solidly built that sounds pleasant and helps you rather than hinders you.
