Hello all

Back to the original topic. I own an old Oehler cor anglais which has a switchable B/C link. This gives the best of both worlds. Normally keep the link on and then for D'-D octave slurs as in Ein Heldenleben, take the link off and keep the low B key pressed down and the slur works perfectly every time.
