Howard,

I use 45mm Glotin staples. Reed length between .67 and .69. The average is about .685 depending on the reed characteristics. Since I switched to the Marigaux I seldom make reeds at .70 or longer.

RDG -1N
Gouge .58 in center
Cane diameter 10.5 to 10.75
I use multiple cane suppliers: Danzig, Ghys, Rigotti, RDG, etc .............
