$450 is a very good price for any used intermediate level oboe - you will only find ex-demo cheap-and-nasty Chinese ones coming in at that price, or really tatty old Italian basic thumbplate system ones, so don't hang about too long or you'll miss the opportunity. You will get more than $450 for it when it comes to part exchanging it for a higher spec model.
