Well, the A and B above the staff are the first to use the 2nd octave key--perhaps that vent is partially clogged? And the clog absorbs moisture from the bore, so that it becomes more clogged as you play it more?
One thing that makes oboe so difficult is that it's hard for a beginner to know when it's the player's fault and when it's the instrument or reed's fault....
