Walter -
Get a course stone or even 220 grit Wet or Dry sandpaper and a flat surface and put your knife edge side down (Shudder!) on the stone and grind until the bow is removed and the 'cutting' edge is straight again, then re-grind your original cutting edge. Time consuming, yes, but considering the cost of a good knife these days, probably worth the trouble.
