Try the Oboe I Hovey method: RUBANK - Hal Leonard. Lots of nice tunes, scales & arpeggios. Michael Britton at Howarths in London would probably have it at the shop or would know of a source over there where you could get it. It's fairly common in the colonies.
Remember: The secret is in SLOW & the memory of how it feels is your only method. Pearls from the brilliant Stevens Hewitt. Another pearl from Bill Buford in his great book Heat: "The miraculous pedagogy of relentless repetition."
