Likely: Fritz Schuller
Possible: Markhardt, Poppe
Perhaps: Moenning

The (deco?) style of the left pinky G# key tends to indicate Schuller.

The Fritz Schuller and TH. Markhardt instruments tend to be excellent.
I played a full automatic Markhardt oboe recently that has an ethereal
sound and impeccable voicing. Would have been worth adding a second
octave key touchpiece.
I have a Fritz Schuller Palissander Rosewood English horn from the 1970s that is also exquisite

Poppe is little known- very few in the US.

German "No Name" stencil instruments - not common.
