the bubble under the lip is a normal development problem of embouchure -- facial muscles not yet firm enough to hold the facial mask in place and form a seal against the gum line
make sure you've started on a soft enough reed, i found too hard a reed makes you blow excessively, which leads to air bubbling in around the gums (and leaking out of the mouth) when the face isn't yet strong enough to hold it
for a beginner, don't worry about it, simply monitor your progress in keeping it away longer and longer each week
however ... when it's time to learn circular breathing, way ahead in the future when embouchure & face well developed, this "rule" is lifted ...
