Check the F vent is closing properly - more often than not this gets overlooked by repairers as it closes fully when RH3 is open standing but can pop open when RH2 is closed, so here's how to check it closes properly:

Hold down RH3 as this will allow the F vent to open. While keeping RH3 closed, close RH2 with light finger pressure (enough to close the pad against the tonehole, but not pressing it to force it closed) and check both the closure of the F vent pad and RH2 pad with a feeler gauge.

If the F vent pad is open while RH2 is closed, adjust the screw on the F vent until it closes fully along with RH2 (that's the innermost screw nearest the pillars the F vent key is mounted on if it has two screws).

If natural cork has been used as silencing material under adjusting screws, chances are the screws have compressed or chewed through it causing it to go out of adjustment, so a harder and more durable material (such as rubberised cork) is best used under adjusting screws as it's much harder wearing than natural cork.
