 Oboe adjustment

Hello,

My low C is not speaking easily - very very slight hesitation.

All keys seem to be set right - no glaring problems - tested them with cigarette paper - seal properly.


All the other notes to low d speak easily and without hesitation.


What steps can I take to isolate the problem?
