Good evening James
I have played some good Buffets over the years but never owned one.
The thing that stopped me in buying a green line is its fragility,when accidentally hit your instrument against an object the tenon may snap of and that is a nightmare.
The other thing that bothered me is that what you see is what you get,these instruments stay exactly like they where when they left the factory and the best instruments I have had always got better and better.
But I must agree that if Albrecht Mayer plays it the way he does it is very tempting to try one.
