Hi Marti --

Google it!

All I know about Larilee oboes, I learned on the famous auction site and Google. They're American-made (may not be made any longer) and were a student-to-intermediate grade instrument. Some of them have full conservatory keywork, so if it is in good shape and has all the keywork, it's probably as good as, say, a student Selmer or (that other older American-made student brand -- my first oboe was one -- can't remember the name! Drat these senior moments!)

Welcome to the board.

Susan

Edit: Linton. That's it. My first oboe was a Linton. It played fine.
