GREAT job! So proud of your accomplishements!
Sorry to hear you have no place to play, but consider chamber music! Find a couple people to play with - almost any instruments can be worked into a usable ensemble. Of course it is easiest if you have one of the "standard" groups (ww5, reed trio, or flute oboe pno, etc) but willing participants is more important in my experience. Go to the local univerisity (if available) and see if you can check out music. Our public university has a HUGE selection of chamber music, which locals can check out for 9 weeks. That is great if you are trying stuff out, and you can always buy things after you get the idea. Renaissance/Baroque music is usually good for switching instruments around; later music tends to be written more for specific instruments.
I have lived in the boonies most of my life - you should grab the bull by the horns and make things happen if there isn't an appropriate group for you. Who knows what could come of it? And if it just doesn't work out, you can bag it after a while. Try to plan on meeting at least a hour a week at a set time, informal get togethers every once in a while tend to just dry up and never happen.
