"I usually use this: side 8 xox xox (Loree horn)"
Nice one, Boris.
Also xox|xoxEb and xxx|xoxEb (both with 8ve2) will work as resonance fingerings for top C.
I prefer the harmonic fingering for high A (8ve2 xxx|xxx) and Bb (8ve2 xxx|xxxEb) in comparison to the standard A and Bb.
And for a high Bb-C trill, play Bb with the harmonic fingering and trill with RH 2 (xxx|xxxEb - xxx|xoxEb).
With this in mind, the high Ab-Bb-C bit in Dvorak's 9th can be played as:
Ab - 8ve1 (or 8ve2) xxxG#|ooo
Bb - 8ve2 xxx|xxxEb
C - 8ve2 xox|xox or xox|xoxEb or xxx|xoxEb.
Though the high B fingering I use on oboe (8ve2 xxo|xxo) doesn't work on cor at all.

The opinions I express are my own.
