Is this oboe identifiable?

I play clarinets and saxes. I don't play oboe - yet. But I really want to have a go.

So I bought an old no-name oboe from youknowwhere. It arrived this morning, and looking at it - well it looks to my (extremely) novice eye to be quite well made. Some care has gone into the making of this. Can anybody suggest a provenance? The only marking is a serial number on both joints of 7016

The sort of things I mean are:

All mortices are metal lined
All tenons are metal capped
Roller on LJ lever between right 2/3 fingers
Trill key in front beside right 3rd finger ring I had not noticed on other oboes

The wood is dyed, with golden brown colour coming through wear areas on the body, but obvious inside. The bore is smooth.
