Clean the 8ve key pads with alcohol to degrease them (or any other kind of degreaser or solvent to remove any crud that gets on them), and whiel the keys are off, clean the tops of the 8ve inserts as well as they can get sticky.

Make sure the screw the lower 8ve rocker is mounted on is clean and well oiled, and that the spring is of the right tension - not too heavy so it makes closing slow or the upper 8ve key too heavy, or too light so it bounces or sticks.
