HI Dutchy --
The F res is controlled by the screw labelled #12 in Sawicki. The F-res key is the sideways key down under the right-hand pinky cluster. If it is not well-adjusted, your D and below will be miserable, or impossible.

And just for good measure, Sawkicki labels the key which controls the balance between the E finger touch and the little vent above it as #9 -- that's the one I was suggesting you check out.
