Yes, and there is something in that a good teacher pointed out to me, a way of tieing ino that energy to enhance projection.
Play with it more, and notice perhaps a 2nd octave e really stands out in one position but a weaker partial such as the 2nd or 6th stands out in a slightly different position.
Then go a step further, if you are playing a piece in d, find its 'spot', eflat, find its spot.
First thing is to become aware, then use it to ehnance the playing. Actually, lots more to this...
