The Weber/Capps Reed Maker's Manual has a couple of pages on adapting the lessons to making EH reeds...however, the DVD/VHS actually shows the entire process of making both types from gouging all the way to scraping a reed that will crow properly (refinement is not the focus here). Especially if you can already make oboe reeds, the video section on EH reeds is great. I'd hate to have to learn the whole thing out of a book/video!
